The money nobody talks about, and somewhere to say the true thing. That you are tired. That you resent it sometimes. That you love them and you are still exhausted.
What it is not
Nobody diagnoses anyone, including me. No selling, no recruiting, no politics. Grief belongs there, because people we care for die and those posts should not have to go somewhere else.
